Read how to remedy common issues

For Students:

I received an "A" but no store credit is being given...

A's for J's only gives credit to graduate credit courses in the Math, Science and English areas of study. If you are certain that your class is graduate credit, contact you school administrator to ensure the course is properly set up in our system.


I don't see my grades yet...

Please allow school administrators a week or two to publish your grades. If more than 2 weeks has passed since the end of the marking period, contact your school administrator.


I am unable to see my grades

Either you have not successfully registered, or you have not received parental permission to participate in the game. All students wishing to participate in the game must have permission from a parent or guardian.


When can I redeem my VILLA store credit?

As soon as you achieve your first $25 reward, you can redeem it at any local VILLA.

For what may I redeem my credit?

Students can redeem credit for any Jordan Brand merchandise at any VILLA.


Can I transfer my VILLA credit?

No, your credits are yours and are not able to be shared or sold to any other student or person.


For Parents:

How can my child play in the game?

Simply sign and return a permission slip, or provide online approval (requires an online signature).


Can i see my child's grades?

If you used the online approval system, you will be able to view your child's grades by logging into the web site. If you did not use the online approval system, you can fill out our online form to gain access to your child's grades. (requires your students password).


For Administrators:

I am unable to upload grades...

You first must upload a course guide before the system allows you to upload student grades. If you have uploaded a course guide, be sure you have activated it. If all of the aforementioned steps are done, there may be a problem with your course guide upload template or grade template. In this case, contact VILLA.


I am unable to upload students...

Either you have not uploaded a course guide or there is a problem with your upload template. You can access all templates here.
